I don't like to drink coffee BUT I do enjoy baking with it. I went by their drive thru the other morning just a bit after 0500. Donna was quick to greet me with a smile and was very helpful with questions I had. I drove away with coffee and coffee beans I needed for the Caramel Cappuccino cake I was working on. Donna, if you're reading this, you asked me to let you know how the cake turned out. OHHHH MYYY WORRRRD!!! You should have seen the faces my co-workers made once they took a bite out of it. They think this is one of their favorite cakes I've baked to date. Thanks for being a huge part of it :) I'll be a vendor at the farmers market in a few weeks and I'll definitely include this cake as one of the items on my menu. Quality and customer service are top notch at this gem of a shop, y'all :)

What can I say about Connections that hasn't been said about all great coffee locations? Do not be fooled by the small-business feel, the coffee is unlike anything I have tasted before. Not to mention that your order will be served by some of the friendliest faces in Texas. The community vibe here (which is to be expected from an establishment that calls itself "Connections") is unparalleled. I highly recommend Connections to anyone that would like a taste of great coffee, community, and customer service.

All I can speak about is their coffee, I have not eaten here. But their single origins are great, but they do go fast as they do not make a bunch so they run out pretty early in the morning so get there early if you want to try those. Their house medium blend is also very good and they usually always have that available. We have also gotten their caramel iced coffee (way too sweet for me), but my other half loves it, and it does look very tasty. If you're into the black coffee, the single origin is where its at. Loves this place, it is better than Starbucks and the owners are locals of Crosby so that should incentivize everyone to try this new and upcoming business. Shop Local!

Absolutely a delight!
A true hidden treasure worthy of exploring. The shop is clean, bright and smells lovely. The staff is friendly and cheerful. The owner came out and greeted us. It is very quiet and a wonderful place to have a conversation.
There are board games and books for families and kids, and a piano anyone may play. It is a great, safe place, where teenagers may meet, or mothers can connect over a drink without worrying about their kids annoying anyone.
They were out of most pastries when I went, and the menu selection is a bit sparse. It truly is a coffee shop. But if you're into that, and want a quiet meeting place, this spot is amazing. -

I admit I'm a Starbucks person. Don't judge but I like that I don't have to interact with humans. This place made me glad I interacted with the humans who run this great place. Crosby just has some hidden gems that are worth the effort. I am actually going to choose to walk into this place and place an order when I'm in Crosby from now on. This is a big step for me.
